Ellavi Uterine Balloon Tamponade (UBT)
The Ellavi UBT is used to control and reduce bleeding in postpartum haemorrhage due to uterine atony. Once inserted into the uterus, the balloon fills quickly from the supply bag, applying pressure to the uterine wall to stop or reduce the bleed.
The device comes preassembled, and the balloon can be inflated in as little as 45 seconds, for rapid deployment when you need it.
